Esta Publicación surgió por la Enorme Necesidad de Apoyar y Difundir la Cultura Subterránea tanto de México como del Mundo. / ... N.T.N... was born in Saltillo, Coah. Mexico. In June 1994 with the released of its First number. This Home-made Issue arose by the Enormous Necessity to support and to spread the Mexican and World Underground Culture.
